Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

This policy explains the standards PiztleFlow expects from every customer and future user. It is designed to protect recipients, preserve trustworthy email ecosystems, and support legitimate permission-based communication.

PiztleFlow has zero tolerance for unsolicited email. This policy applies to the public site, the PiztleFlow service, and all data, messages, and activity associated with an account.

1. Purpose and scope

PiztleFlow is intended for legitimate organizations communicating with recipients who have provided appropriate permission or have a legitimate relationship with the sender. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service, including their recipient data and message content, complies with this policy.

This policy is part of the expectations for using PiztleFlow. It does not limit any obligation a customer may have under applicable law, provider rules, or other agreements that apply to their communications.

2. Permission and recipient data

Before adding a recipient or preparing a message for them, customers must have an appropriate basis for the communication. Where consent is required or relied on, customers must maintain proof of that consent and be able to explain how and when it was obtained.

Customers must keep recipient information current and must not:

  • add recipients through deceptive, hidden, or misleading collection methods;
  • reuse recipient data for a purpose that is incompatible with the permission obtained;
  • upload lists with unknown, unverifiable, purchased, or improperly rented origins; or
  • send to recipients after their permission has been withdrawn or their address has been suppressed.

3. Prohibited activity

The following activity is prohibited on or in connection with PiztleFlow:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email, spam, or messages to recipients without appropriate permission or a legitimate relationship with the sender.
  • Using purchased email databases, rented recipient lists without proper consent, or any list whose permission history cannot be reasonably substantiated.
  • Scraping, harvesting, guessing, or otherwise collecting email addresses without the individuals' appropriate permission.
  • Using deceptive or misleading From names, reply-to addresses, subject lines, sender identities, or content.
  • Forging headers, falsifying routing information, impersonating another person or organization, or otherwise obscuring the origin of a message.
  • Phishing, malware distribution, fraud, scams, illegal content, or material intended to deceive or harm recipients.
  • Attempting to evade spam filters, provider abuse controls, complaint controls, suppression controls, or other safeguards.
  • Using the service in a way that violates applicable law, recipient rights, or the rules of an email, hosting, payment, or infrastructure provider.

4. Sender identity and content standards

Customers must use accurate sender identities and contact details that allow recipients to understand who is communicating with them. Message headers and content must be truthful, lawful, and consistent with the sender's identity.

Customers may not use PiztleFlow to mislead recipients about the source, purpose, or consequences of a message. They must comply with applicable content, advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and electronic-communications rules.

5. Recipient protection and list hygiene

Customers must honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly. They must respect suppression records, monitor complaints and bounces, remove invalid recipients, and take reasonable steps to prevent repeated attempts to contact addresses that should no longer receive messages.

A customer may not use an import, list change, or other workflow to silently reactivate an unsubscribed, bounced, complained-about, or manually suppressed recipient.

6. Provider and legal compliance

Customers must comply with all applicable laws and the requirements of relevant email, infrastructure, hosting, payment, and other third-party providers. This includes following requirements related to consent, sender identification, unsubscribe mechanisms, bounce and complaint handling, and prohibited content.

Customers remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of their data and communications. PiztleFlow does not authorize conduct that a provider, recipient, or applicable law prohibits.

7. Monitoring and enforcement

PiztleFlow may investigate suspected violations, abuse reports, or excessive complaint or bounce activity. When we reasonably believe an account presents an abuse, security, recipient-protection, or provider-compliance risk, we may limit activity, restrict access, suspend the account, remove content, or terminate the account.

We do not publish a fixed complaint or bounce threshold. Context matters, and we may act before a numerical threshold is reached when needed to protect recipients, providers, or the service.

8. Reporting abuse

To report suspected spam, phishing, impersonation, or another violation of this policy, contact us at abuse@piztleflow.shop. Include enough information for us to review the report, such as the sender, relevant message headers, and a description of the concern when available.

The published abuse address must be configured and monitored before production launch.

9. Changes to this policy

PiztleFlow may update this policy as the service evolves or as legal, provider, security, or operational requirements change. Continued use of the service after an updated policy takes effect is subject to the updated policy.
