By accessing the PiztleFlow website or using the PiztleFlow service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or service.

These terms refer to PiztleFlow and the PiztleFlow service without representing a particular incorporated entity, office location, or jurisdiction.

You may use the service only if you can enter into a binding agreement and are permitted to use it under applicable law. If you use PiztleFlow for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized account use. You may not share an account in a way that obscures responsibility for activity.

You retain responsibility for the data, content, templates, lists, and campaigns you provide to or manage through the service. You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis necessary to use that information and to prepare communications for the intended recipients.

You must maintain proof of consent where applicable, keep recipient data current, honor opt-out requests promptly, and respect suppression, bounce, and complaint states. You may not use PiztleFlow to contact people without appropriate permission or a legitimate relationship.

Your use of PiztleFlow is subject to the Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy. That policy prohibits spam, purchased or improperly rented lists, scraping, deceptive sender identities, phishing, malware, fraud, and efforts to evade provider or abuse controls. A violation of that policy is also a violation of these terms.

PiztleFlow is an evolving service. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as we develop the platform, address security or abuse risks, or respond to legal and provider requirements. We do not promise that any feature, integration, schedule, or roadmap item will be available at a particular time.

The service may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, provider dependencies, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

PiztleFlow, its website, software, branding, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, PiztleFlow gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

You retain rights in your own lawful content and data. You grant PiztleFlow the limited rights needed to host, process, and use that content to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and enforce these terms.

PiztleFlow may depend on third-party providers for infrastructure, hosting, email operations, payment processing, or other service functions. Your use of those features may also be subject to relevant provider rules. We may limit or disable a feature when a provider requirement, abuse concern, or technical issue requires it.

Billing functionality is not launched on this public website. If paid plans or fees are offered in the future, applicable pricing, payment, renewal, and related terms will be disclosed before a charge is made. Nothing on this site creates a commitment to offer a particular plan, price, payment method, or refund policy.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to PiztleFlow when we reasonably believe there is a violation of these terms, the Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy, provider requirements, law, or the rights and safety of recipients or others. We may also act to address excessive complaints, bounces, fraud, security risks, or service integrity concerns.

You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including those concerning misuse, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations, will survive.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PiztleFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery, inbox placement, sender reputation, error-free functionality, or a particular business result.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PiztleFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
