This Privacy Policy applies to the PiztleFlow public website and to information processed in connection with the PiztleFlow service. It does not govern the privacy practices of independent websites or services that may link to or from PiztleFlow.

Customers who use PiztleFlow to manage recipient data are responsible for having an appropriate basis to collect, use, and provide that data for their intended communications.

We may receive information that a person or organization provides directly, such as a name, work email address, organization information, support correspondence, and other account-related details. If a customer uses the service, the service may also process contact, list, template, campaign, and preference information that the customer chooses to provide.

Customers should not provide data that they are not entitled to use. In particular, customers remain responsible for the permission and legal basis for any recipient information they upload or manage through the service.

When the service is available, we may collect limited technical and operational information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve it. This may include device or browser information, IP address, request timestamps, account activity, error records, and service usage information.

Campaign-related metadata, such as preparation activity, recipient-state information, and operational events, may also be processed when needed to provide service functionality, enforce platform rules, or investigate abuse.

This public website is intentionally built without analytics scripts or tracking pixels. It does not use advertising tracking as part of this public experience.

If a future authenticated service uses essential cookies or similar technologies for security, session management, or core functionality, we will describe those practices in the service experience and update this policy when appropriate.

We may use information to:

• operate, secure, maintain, and support the website and service;
• respond to inquiries, abuse reports, and privacy requests;
• provide requested features and improve service reliability and usability;
• prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our policies; and

PiztleFlow may rely on service providers for hosting, infrastructure, security, customer support, email operations, and other functions needed to operate the service. We may share information with those providers only as needed for their work on our behalf and subject to appropriate obligations.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate abuse, enforce our policies, comply with applicable law, or respond to valid legal process. PiztleFlow does not sell personal data.

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not make claims here about certifications, audits, or security standards unless and until those claims can be accurately supported.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the service, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting legal obligations, and maintaining security and abuse-prevention records. Retention periods may vary based on the information and context.

Depending on where a person lives and the information involved, they may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of certain personal information. Requests can be sent to the privacy contact below. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

Recipients of a customer's communications should generally direct message-specific requests, including unsubscribe requests, to the relevant sender. PiztleFlow may assist where appropriate under its policies and service relationships.

Information may be processed in countries other than the country where it was collected, including where PiztleFlow or its service providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws that differ from those in a person's home jurisdiction.
